The smartphone technology has penetrated significantly into the society and is being used by wide population that covers most age, social and cultural spectrum. Mobile application provides an opportunity to explore how the better use of technology in terms of helping health and wellness. The purpose of this project was to develop an Android mobile application entitled “Panulung Bulung”: An Informative Android Application with Virtual Reality Procedural Videos of Philippine Medicinal Plants. This app is a productivity mobile application that aimed to provide information about scientifically proven Philippine Medicinal Plants being used as alternative medicine. This application was evaluated by IT experts, doctor of Alternative Medicine and general users. It runs in Android version 4.4 (KitKat) to Android version 6.0 (Marshmallow).
